For over 50 years, Stenner's time-tested peristaltic chemical injection pump offers consistency.
Self-priming against maximum working pressure, foot valve not required
Can run dry and does not clog from dirt and debris
Can pump off-gassing solutions without losing prime
Reproducible outputs within 2%
Sub-assemblies fit together without tools; easy service or conversion to another model
Pump head universal to all Stenner pumps
Pump tubes accept a variety of chemicals
If requiring more output than the Classic single head pump offers then the double head pump may be your answer. Similar to the other models in the Classic series, the pump will dose solutions such as sodium hypochlorite, acid, polyphosphates, biocides for common water treatment applications that include disinfection, pH control, corrosion and scale control, oxidation and sanitization. Also utilized in water and wastewater treatment plants, the pump can inject two compatible liquids at the same ratio. The Classic Series double head pump is built the same way as the single head with the addition of another pump head that doubles the output.
This pump injects solutions at a fixed rate. The pump runs at 100% fixed rate and can be installed to an ORP type controller to manage the output.
Refer to the chemical resistance chart to confirm the compatibility of the wetted components with the solution you want to pump or contact us.

How It Works
All Stenner metering pumps have a 3-point roller design in the pump heads, which act as check valves to prevent back flow, siphoning, overdosing and loss of prime. The chemical solution in the pump tubes is captured between the rollers as they rotate and compress the tubes. As the rollers advance, the squeezed tube sections regain their original form and generate a vacuum, creating the self-priming feature that delivers a constant flow unaffected by the outlet pressure.
Stenner's fixed output metering pump is built with two detachable components: the motor and pump heads. Output is dependent upon the rpm of the motor gears and the size of the peristaltic pump tubes. The fixed rate pump has no output adjustment. The motor's output shaft rotates at a fixed rpm which drives the roller assemblies within the pump heads.
The self-priming peristaltic pump is also referred to as a hose, tube or dosing pump.
