How long do systems take to build?
Systems typically take 1-2 weeks after order is received. Rush options are available
How big are the panels and enclosures?
Panel sizes range from 12x24 up to 48x48. Unless requested, we keep panel sizes as compact as possible.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping is included in North America, Additional shipping fees may apply to remote areas.
What if I need help designing my system or want something not listed here?

How do I know what size or type of stormwater system I need?
AW100 and Intuition-6 can manage (1) stormwater system, while an Intuition-9 can handle (2)
Can I start with a basic setup and add components later?
We recommend getting your initial system as close to perfect as possible for convenience and cost effectiveness, but systems can be modified in the future if needed.
What does 12 months of free data mean?
wen you build a system with an INT-6 or INT-9 Promag Enviro includes a free modem for remote communication as well as 12 months of data to remotely monitor your system.
What’s the expected lifespan or maintenance interval for sensors?
Conductivity sensors typically last 3-5 years and pH probes should be replaced every 1-2 years. Sensors should be cleaned monthly or more often depending on the process.
What’s required for installation?
Each system or enclosure comes with all necessary accessories. Panels have pre-drilled holes for mounting. Bolts are not included.
