Injection valves are used at the discharge side of the pump, at the end of the tubing or pipe run where the chemical is injected into the water flow. They prevent back flow of water and/or chemical.

Chemically resistant polyethylene tubing for a variety of applications including chlorine, hydrochloric acid, caustic soda etc. 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" Outside Diameter sizes available in Low Density (LDPE), Linear Low Density (LLDPE) and High Density (HDPE) types.
PTFE (Teflon) tubing is the most chemically resistant tubing available. It is chemically inert, has low permeability and has the widest temperature range of any tubing, making it ideal for use with food processing or with harsh chemicals.
The one disadvantage of this tubing is that it has low abrasion resistance.
It is translucent white and comes in 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" (outside diameter) sizes in lengths of 25', 50', 100' and 500' (for the 3/8" and 1/2" sizes). The tubing wall thickness is 0.062".
Vinyl tubing with .062" thick wall. This tubing is flexible and is an economical solution for many pump applications including Stenner's peristaltic pumps.
Kynar (PVDF) tubing, .062" wall. Available in 50' or 100' lengths and with 3/8" OD or 1/2" OD. Kynar tubing has high chemical resistance and is used in the most demanding applications where other tubing will fail.
Whereas polyethylene tubing is more economical and should be used when compatible with the product being pumped simply for its cost savings.
A&F Calibration Cylinders are often used with metering pumps to ensure discharge rates meet the set volume or specification.
Graduated cylinders are a must for accurate calibration of positive displacement pumps. The graduated cylinder is piped into the suction side of the pump and through the supplied valves that the pump draws from; either the supply tank or the draw down cylinder. The cylinder is made from polypropylene and the valves and interconnecting piping are PVC. The larger graduated cylinders are supplied with a SS support stand and the cylinder is clamped to the stand.
Cycle Timers are cycle repeater controls that will repeat the selected time cycles as long as power is applied.
They are built with an aluminum enclosure and are recommended for indoor use only.
The #DCC controller converts AC voltage to DC voltage and is used in conjunction with a DC motor to vary the output of a pump by varying the speed of the motor. Speed control can be done manually by the dial on the front of the controller or remotely by a 0-5/0-10 VDC or 4-20 mA signal. The controller can be mounted directly to a pump or in a remote location, like a control room.
