Walchem WCTWDT Series Cooling Tower Controller (WCTWDT)

The Walchem WCTWDT series controller is now obsolete and has been replaced by the WCT600 series controller. The new series has upgraded features; for reference, here is the description of the old series:

• Cooling Tower Controller: Single or Dual
• On/off relays: Bleed, Feed, Bio1, Bio2, Alarm
• Output: 4-20mA
• Relays for bleed, feed, 2 biocide pumps and alarm
• Conductivity measurement: 0 - 10,000µS/cm
• Optional pH and ORP measurement(WDT410)
• On/off relays: Bleed, Feed, Bio1, Bio2, Alarm
• Flow switch manifold (optional)
• USB data-logging
• NEMA 4X enclosure
• Water meter inputs with flow totalizing
• Optional 4-20 mA output(s)
• Conductivity-based biocide prebleeds
• Lockout timer after biocide additions
• Four Chemical Feed options:
  • Feed & bleed simultaneously
  • Feed after bleed has finished
  • Feed as a percentage of time elapsed
  • Feed as a percentage of make-up water
