The Tablet Sock is a low-cost, disposable tool for utilizing dechlorination tablets in a variety of situations. Under most circumstances when dechlorinating potable water at approximately 1 ppm chlorine, three tablets in the sock will be sufficient to neutralize 25,000 gallons of water. The Socks are constructed from filter fabric. Tablets wrapped in a coarse sock will dissolve slower than tablets on their own and is intended for use with high flow rates or higher chlorine levels.
