Sub-assemblies fit together without tools; easy service or conversion to another model
Pump head universal to all Stenner pumps
Adjustable Models: Feed rate control from 5%-100% in 2.5% increments
Pump tubes accept a variety of chemicals
The Classic Single Head Fixed Output version of this pump works well with controllers, and with its versatile capabilities the Adjustable version is a popular choice for water treatment solutions.
The Fixed Output pump is a peristaltic metering pump that injects solutions at a fixed rate. It can be activated by a water meter for proportional feed for drinking water disinfection for animal health or homeowners or installed with a controller for sanitizing a swimming pool. Great news for installers in the commercial pool industry, the Classic Series single head pump has been tested by ETL to conform to the ANSI/NSF standard 50 when used with ANSI/NSF 50 listed controllers. Additional applications include pH control, oxidation, corrosion and scale control and more.
The Adjustable pump is an ideal choice for treating problem water. The pump can inject water treatment solutions for pH control or to oxidize iron, hydrogen sulfide or manganese for removal by filtration. Disinfection, pH control or adjustment, corrosion and scale control and oxidation are common water treatment applications found in markets such as water conditioning, animal health, industrial process, water and wastewater, and cooling towers. The versatility of the product expands into other markets as well, such as Legionella prevention in cooling towers, sprinkler head cleaning in irrigation and horticulture and plating bath treatment in the metal finishing industry. The pumps are widely popular in the commercial pool industry for sanitizing swimming pool water or maintaining the equipment. Refer to the chemical resistance chart to determine the compatibility of the wetted components with the solution you want to pump or contact us.

How It Works
All Stenner metering pumps have a 3-point roller design in the pump head, which acts as a check valve to prevent back flow, siphoning, overdosing and loss of prime. The chemical solution in the pump tube is captured between the rollers as they rotate and compress the tube. As the rollers advance, the squeezed tube section regains its original form and generates a vacuum, creating the self-priming feature that delivers a constant flow unaffected by the outlet pressure.
Stenner's fixed output metering pump is built with two detachable components: the motor and pump head. Output is dependent upon the rpm of the motor gears and the size of the peristaltic pump tube. The fixed rate pump has no output adjustment. The motor's output shaft rotates at a fixed rpm which drives the roller assembly within the pump head.
Stenner's adjustable metering pump is built with three detachable components: the motor, feed rate control, and pump head. Output is dependent upon three factors: the rpm of the motor gears, the percentage setting on the feed rate control, and the size of the peristaltic pump tube. The motor shaft rotates at a fixed rpm which drives the adjustable feed rate control to intermittently engage the roller assembly within the pump head.
The self-priming peristaltic pump is also referred to as a hose, tube or dosing pump.
Unique Stenner Features
Interchangeable pump heads and tubes to convert one model to another without having to purchase a new pump.
Easy and fast tube replacement without tools with the QuickPro® pump head.
The Stenner Tank System is shipped pre-assembled to save time and money on installations. The Tank System consists of the tank and pump. Select from three sizes and two colors.
The polyethylene construction is both lightweight and rugged. The tank has incremental solution level indicators and is equipped with a child resistant lid. The pumps are vertically mounted over the tank's containment basin. A rain roof is included to help protect the motor in outdoor installations. Tanks are also sold separately.
